Return Policy - Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@mokshatribe.co.nz. Once your return request is assessed, we'll provide instructions on next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — this may include a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalised products
Personal care and beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Consumer Guarantees Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
